B to C Circulation Support (Course circulation support for social and educational institutions)

The FOLC Course Circulation Support System (e-FOLC) is a mechanism to support the dissemination of courses in institutions (enterprise, organizations) that are involved in social education. FOLC offers services free of charge (circulation support system, course DB system), as well as acts as an intermediary for necessary contracts and payment. As a result, it is possible for implementing institutions to secure course delivery functions without having to bear expenses for system management.
* This service is available in Japan only.
