The FOLC Course Circulation Support System is a mechanism that supports the dissemination of courses and lectures in institutions (businesses and organizations) that are involved in continuing education. FOLC offers management systems for course providers (circulation support system, course database system) and concludes necessary contracts and payments. As a result, it is possible for implementing institutions to avoid system management costs and secure functions to offer courses.

How can I deliver a course as a course provider?
In cases where courses are provided via implementing institutions that are cooperating with FOLC, member registration and the conclusion of course provision contracts are required. Institutions that are considering providing courses should contact the FOLC Secretariat.
Sender institutions should prepare the Learning Management System (LMS, etc.) There are no special conditions that restrict the system.
Functioning as a hub to smoothly promote the circulation of courses between course providers and implementing institutions, Acting as a hub to smoothly promote the circulation of courses between course providers and implementing institutions, FOLC offers a support system for the circulation of lectures and courses (free of charge), concludes contracts, and obtains approval.
