How can I receive or send an on-demand lecture?

<B to B> Pattern: Lecture circulation between universities

Individual academic members carry out the circulation of lectures and courses between universities. FOLC provides information on registered courses and the implementation status of lectures, as well as guidelines to members, and offers a platform for the interactive circulation of lecture contents. Actual lecture management is moving forward with direct approaches being taken between members (Contracts for the receipt of courses is carried out individually between members.)

How can I send a course as a sender institution?

To deliver on-demand lectures and courses between universities, institutions wishing to deliver lectures and courses must first register as a member of the Forum. If member registration has not been completed, please submit your registration from the membership registration page. Member institutions that wish to register lectures/courses for delivery should contact the FOLC Secretariat. Registration of courses for delivery is based on approval by the Board of Directors.

Sending institutions should prepare a Learning Management System (LMS, etc.). There are no special conditions that restrict the system (However, please note that sender institutions should avoid systems that require recipient institutions or course participants to purchase additional equipment or software/hardware that is difficult to obtain.)

FOLC carries out PR for registered courses that are on the course information site, as well as responds to inquiries about setting up and managing courses at universities. However, please note that agreements on conditions for receipt and delivery (including costs, etc.) should be addressed in direct contracts between sender and recipient institutions (FOLC is not directly involved in contracts between institutions.)
