How can I receive or send an on-demand lecture?

<B to C> Pattern: Course circulation in social and educational institutions

The FOLC Course Circulation Support System is a mechanism that supports the dissemination of courses and lectures in institutions (businesses and organizations) that are involved in continuing education. FOLC offers management systems for course providers (circulation support system, course database system) and concludes necessary contracts and payments. As a result, it is possible for implementing institutions to avoid system management costs and secure functions to offer courses.

How can I receive a course as an implementing institute?

In cases where implementing institutions provide services for members, member registration and conclusion of contracts to offer courses are required. Businesses and organizations that are considering acting as implementing institutions should contact the FOLC Secretariat.

Functioning as a hub to smoothly promote the circulation of courses between course providers and implementing institutions, FOLC offers a support system for the circulation of lectures and courses (free of charge), concludes contracts, and obtains approval. Implementing institutions can offer courses without having to pay system management fees, and can develop attractive, enhanced course provider services, in terms of both quality and quantity.
