e-FOLC (FOLC Lecture Circulation Support System) is a mechanism to support the circulation of courses at institutions (business and organizations) that carry out adult education, etc.

FOLC takes on the function of a hub and provides support for contracts and payment, as well as offers a system free of charge to management institutions.

Educational implementation institutes may conduct services to deliver courses that are attractive and expanded both quantitatively and qualitatively, without having to bear the costs for experience in system management.

Course Circulation Model

FOLC enters into contracts with all course providers and implementing institutions that are registered on the FOLC Lecture Circulation Support System. In this case, individual contracts are not required between implementing institutions and course providers. Each institution uses the offered contract with FOLC and makes use of this system.
