The FOLC Lecture Circulation Support System "e-FOLC" is a mechanism to support the dissemination of courses in institutes (Enterprise, organizations) that are involved in continuing education. FOLC offers a course provision and management system free of charge (circulation support system, course DB system), and acts as an intermediary for required contracts and payments.
